Plano is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Plano follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

As the owner of the vehicle, I had a terrible experience with this business. When we came in to question the charges on my car, the owner became aggressive, raised his voice, and refused to let us properly see or inspect the vehicle. Instead, we were told to wait in a room while the car was being raised, without any transparency about the work that was supposedly completed. The situation escalated further when they attempted to keep possession of our vehicle and told us to leave. We ultimately had to call the police in order to retrieve our own car. No customer should be treated this wayβespecially the legal owner of the vehicle asking basic questions about repairs and billing. Because of the lack of professionalism, hostile behavior, refusal to provide transparency, and attempt to withhold the car, I will be filing formal complaints with the proper consumer agencies. Use extreme caution before doing business here. These are the two fake estimates they gave me after the work was done and also I was never presented with any estimate before they do the work !

Extremely disappointing experience with German Auto Hub. I was presented with multiple different invoices for the same total amount, with major changes in the repairs listed. When I questioned the charges and asked for clarification, I was given inconsistent explanations. I also asked to see proof of parts pricing and was refused. When I asked to inspect the work done on the vehicle, transparency was lacking and I was not allowed to properly verify the repairs. Communication was handled through a third party instead of directly with the actual parties involved, which created even more confusion. Overall, the billing process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and concerning. I would strongly recommend others get everything in writing, request multiple quotes, and be very cautious before authorizing any work here.

My car got in an accident and was totalled. The insurance company offered a payout that was not enough to get the kind of car I would want as a replacement but not enough money to fix the car. Dallas collision care was able to completely fix my car at a very reasonable price that was significantly less than the competitors. I love the way they completed their work. And it was done in a timely fashion. They told me to come back if any other problems arose from the accident that were not noticed, and they honored that. I would highly recommend!!
